A hard-copy of the completed application must be submitted along with the following documents:

• Class IX final marks card copy (attested by head of the institution).
• Class X marks card copies of all tests/exams conducted till the submission of the application form including mid-term exam (attested by head of the institution).
• Application fee in the form of demand draft (DD) for an amount of Rs. 210/- in favour of Expert Edufront Pvt Ltd., drawable in Mangaluru. (Please note that application forms submitted without this DD will not be considered).

The completely filled application form along with the above documents and application fee (DD) must be sent by post/courier to
